Finding Happiness...And Found

After writing about Happiness, I wish to continue this positive vibe and spread happiness all the way. We should definitely avoid the below mentioned points if you want to be surrounded by happy people in life.

Here is your Happy List

1. Hearsay
Gossiping / Back Biting about others won't do any good and will barely formulate envious environment and you as bitter. An individual who chitchat about others is the one whose private life is not rewarding enough and he/she wants to be acquainted with what is happening in other individual’s life. People who are joyful and satisfied always avoid this loop and keep themselves focused on their own life instead.

2. Negative Approach
Negative thoughts are bound to have an effect on your happiness since you are focal point is on the gray areas of life, instead of optimistic feeling. Negative, naysayers always are concerned and bothered all the time. On the other hand, joyful individuals always approach things completely and are positive in nature.

3. What you think about me.
One aspect on which you can never be in command is how others think about you – so simply ignore the trailing thinking process of others  to stay happy. Don't think about over what others are thinking about you. You can never alter somebody's thought process. You have yourself in control not others. Just be yourself and let others be enthused and overwhelmed by your true self and positivity.

4. Recalling plight from the past
You must forget what you encountered in the past and how it dented your life. Do not ponder a lot about it as you cannot amend what has previously taken place. Past dilemma can influence any individual badly if he/she defers to move on. So bottom line is to forget the past, live in your present and focus on your how to mend you future to make it jovial. Take your past as lesson.

5. Holding onto your grudges
We all do hold on to our grudges and feel suffocated to observe a contented life. Holding on to bitterness will simply strengthen your hard feelings and pessimistic emotion which will pull you down into sadness filled sea. You should learn, practice how to let go and pardon the other individual for his/her wrong deeds. If you can't forgive and forget, at least drop it from your head, and move on. Take a deep breath and move on for better life.

Happiness !

Happiness is a simple thought; yet, many people don't appreciate it. We all want to be joyful but we look for it in wrong places. Some people find cheerfulness in money-oriented gains like owning a home, most modern gadgets, costly cars and further more worldly gains. But sometimes, even the biggest triumph of life does not make an individual happy. On the other side, you will meet many people who feel content and fulfilled although they have not completed anything significant in their life

So what does actually make them happy? One word to fill the gap is perspective

Keywords: Fire Protection Products, Cable Fire Protection, Fireproofing Spray, Fire Stopping

Before we can talk about Fire Protection, we should first know the root cause why fire generally starts or gets ignited. It is when a flammable and/or a combustible material come in contact oxidizer such as oxygen gas in sufficient quantity to spark for ignition.
A chain effect takes place where the fires spread automatically when it comes in contact with combustion products and this happens with their own temperature and with the further release of heat energy.

The capability to be in command of fire was a major invention by the early humans. Taming fire and controlling it to generate heat made it feasible for people to cook food and keeping the nutrients intact.

Coupon Rani - A place to Save

Save, Save, Save and Save. Question is how? Answer is CouponRani. Earning and saving can go hand in hand whenever you plan for shopping with CouponRani. CouponRani is a great website that offers bargains. This money saver hosts large number of discount coupon for eCommerce sites.  It is one of the promising and prominent sites where e commerce companies have been advertising and providing concession coupons to the customers.  Online Shopping is pleasure for Shopaholics like me who works with tight schedule, actually online shopping is for everyone who likes to shop with comfort and wants to save time too.

There are a lot of discount coupon websites that give good discount deals and the best offers but in my opinion CouponRani is boon for the customers who are sensitive toward high prices. This website offer up-to-date coupon codes while other websites also provide that are expired and useless which wastes a lot of buyer’s time.  CouponRani is a website where you can get all types of coupon codes at one place like for apparels, redeemable coupons for various food chains, travel etc. For every coupon you have lot of brands and deals to choose from. It is a great by all means as you have all discount deals and coupons at one place. As mentioned above these coupon codes can be used at most of the online stores for ex Jabong, Snapdeal.

CouponRani has made me save a lot of money and you all can save too, just by remembering to check about offers and discounts before you shop to avoid regrets like getting to know about a awesome offer after you have purchased

Website designing is very simple as it is divided in only three categories: Home, Store and Blog, The Store section lists all the coupons alphabetically whereas blog tells about all the new offers in detail and subscribes them for all latest updates on Facebook and Twitter. E commerce website should advertise on CouponRani as they will always get the price conscious customers on their websites. This website is really helping the eCommerce player to show growth in traffic and increasing the sale conversion rate. It is really interesting to see the trend reversal from mall shopping to online shopping.

Still we love.. For Platinum Day of Love !

In the process of healing my wounded heart,
Where I used to treasure my momentous love,
I asked myself why we love,
When we all know that love hurts.

You start feeling so deserted when you are not in the arms of your loved one....still we love.

There was one message which seems to be so true now, which goes like this…
"When we were kids we couldn't wait to grow up and fall in love now that we are grown up we realize that wounded knees are easier to heal than broken hearts".... still we love.

Everyone quoted that if there is a paradise on earth it is with loved one but no one even gives us the tip of those gripping memories where you just spend no time gazing on the walls and wishing to be somewhere else in this would other than where I was.... still we love

Presence of love in my life lights up, with the special glow resulting in those enhanced positive energies. But absence of it, from whom we love is worse than death.... still we love

In love, life gives you countless treasures and moments of leisure, reasons to smile and memories to cherish. But, most of us do not even believe in life after the love has gone. Days and nights pass by in tears painting the picture of the departed one because they started suffocating in your heart.
I do not believe love in itself is noble.... still we love

This four lettered word makes you rule the world when it is with you, you are inseparably linked to everything, and you cannot even afford to say a foul word. In your grey days, every thought makes an impression that we cannot afford to live with a toxic mind..... Still we love.

And still we love, to discover that real, never ending love so that we can mark our Platinum Day of Love

How you Treat Others?

Treat everyone you meet as if they are somebody, equally; because they are. Every person in this world is special and unique, deserves to be treated like who they ought to be, for the life potential within them because they are another but loving energy, genuinely human; forget all statuses and positions, see them with your heart not your eyes, don’t allow hidden agendas to oversee your reasons for your words

Attitude Matters !

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employer-contractor of his plans to leave the house-building business and live a more leisurely life with his wife enjoying his extended family. He would miss the paycheck, but he needed to retire. They could get by. The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go and asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but in time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work. He resorted to Shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career. When the carpenter finished his work the employer came to inspect the house. He handed the front-door key to the carpenter. "This is your house" he said, "my gift to you." The carpenter was shocked! What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently. So it is with us. We build our lives, a day at a time, often putting less than our best into the building. Then with a shock we realize we have to live in the house we have built. If we could do it over, we'd do it much differently. But we cannot go back. You are the carpenter. Each day you hammer a nail, place a board, or erect a Wall. "Life is a do-it-yourself project" someone has said . Your attitudes and the choices you make today, build the "house" you live in tomorrow. Build wisely!

Top 5 Flirting Moves That Drive Men Crazy

Is there a drop-dead gorgeous guy you can’t stop thinking about... who doesn’t know you exist? Well, at times, it'll take more than just a pair of killer shoes, red lippy and sexy clothes to get his attention. What you need to learn is the art of flirting. Take the seduction up a notch and you'll get any guy wrapped around your little finger. Here are 5 flirting moves to drive him crazy. *wink *

Eyelash bat: The most common trick in the book, batting your eyelashes with an added wink will have the guy stuck on you. Fascinate him further with a seductive smirk and watch him walk up to you and strike up a conversation.

Lip lick: Invite him for coffee and head over to the nearest coffee shop. Keep it all casual till the coffee arrives.  Take a sip of your coffee and slowly lick the froth off your lips with your tongue.  You can also bite them as if savoring the taste for prolonged seconds and see him become like putty in your hands.

Falling in love: The man you desperately want to hold is standing next to you and you can do nothing to touch him. Just pretend to trip and wait for him to catch you. Take longer than usual to recover and let him hold you close. Compliment him on his strong biceps and make him go gaga.

Tress pass: Men love women's hair and that is one of the many first things they notice about you.  Play with your hair when around him. Take a pen or hair clip and tie your hair and after a while just pretend to be bored and let your hair loose. Let him watch you do it and we promise he will be tempted to touch your tresses too.

Disappointments...

Disappointments are like road humps they slow you down a bit but you enjoy the smooth road afterwards Don't stay on the bumps too long. Just Move on

Success comes to those..

Success comes to the one who absorbs only the good and positive aspects.

Projection: The one who has the power to absorb, naturally absorbs only the positive aspects of everything he comes into contact with. So the response too is always positive. Never is there reactions towards difficult situations or people, but there is the natural ability to absorb all that is good and respond positively accordingly.

Solution: Once I instill the habit of seeing only the positive aspect in everything, I find myself getting free from negativity. It is like filling in fresh water into a pail of dirty water. When there is a continuous flow of fresh water into even the most dirty water, gradually the water getting purified. So too I find myself getting internally cleansed of all negativity with a continuous flow of positivity.

Can I Borrow Rs.25 ?

A woman came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find her 5-year old son waiting for her at the door.

SON: 'Mummy, may I ask you a question?'

MUM: 'Yeah sure, what it is?' replied the woman.

SON: 'Mummy, how much do you make an hour?'

MUM: 'That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?' the woman said angrily.
SON: 'I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'

MUM: 'If you must know, I make R 50 an hour.'

SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down.

SON: 'Mummy, may I please borrow Rs 25?'

The mother was furious, 'If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I don't work hard everyday for such childish frivolities.'

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door..

The woman sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?

After about an hour or so, the woman had calmed down , and started to think:

Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that Rs 25.00 and she really didn't ask for money very often. The woman went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.

'Are you asleep, son?' She asked.

'No Mummy, I'm awake,' replied the boy.

'I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier' said the woman. 'It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the Rs 25 you asked for.'

The little boy sat straight up, smiling. 'Oh, thank you Mummy!' he yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills.

The woman saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.

The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his mother.

'Why do you want more money if you already have some?' the mother grumbled.

'Because I didn't have enough, but now I do,' the little boy replied.

'Mummy, I have R50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.'

The mother was crushed. She put his arms around her little son, and she begged for his forgiveness.

It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that R50 worth of your time with someone you love.

If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of hours. But the family & friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.!!

3 Apple

A teacher asked seven-year-old Kazim, "If I give you one apple and one apple and one apple, how many apples will you have?" Within a few seconds Kazim replied confidently, "Four!"

The dismayed teacher was expecting an effortless correct answer (three). She was disappointed. "Maybe the child did not listen properly," she thought. She repeated, "Kazim, listen carefully. If I give you one apple AND one apple and one apple, how many apples will you have?"

Kazim had seen the disappointment on his teacher's face. He calculated again on his fingers. But within him he was also searching for the answer that will make the teacher happy. His search for the answer was not for the correct one, but the one that will make his teacher happy. This time hesitatingly he replied, "Four..."

The disappointment stayed on the teacher's face. She remembered that Kazim liked strawberries. She thought maybe he doesn't like apples and that is making him loose focus. This time with an exaggerated excitement and twinkling in her eyes she asked, "If I give you one strawberry and one strawberry and one strawberry, then how many you will have?"

Seeing the teacher happy, young Kazim calculated on his fingers again. There was no pressure on him, but a little on the teacher. She wanted her new approach to succeed. With a hesitating smile young Kazim enquired, "Three?"

The teacher now had a victorious smile. Her approach had succeeded. She wanted to congratulate herself. But one last thing remained. Once again she asked him, "Now if I give you one apple and one apple and one more apple how many will you have?"

Promptly Kazim answered, "Four!"

The teacher was aghast. "How Kazim, how?" she demanded in a little stern and irritated voice.

In a voice that was low and hesitating young Kazim replied, "Because I already have one apple in my bag

Wonderful story…with POWERFUL lesson

Wonderful story…with POWERFUL lesson

A woman baked chapatti (roti) for members of her family and an extra one for a hungry passerby. She kept the extra chapatti on the window sill, for whosoever would take it away. Every day, a hunchback came and took away the chapatti. Instead of expressing gratitude, he muttered the following words as he went his way: “The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!” This went on, day after day. Every day, the hunchback came, picked up the chapatti and uttered the words: “The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!” The woman felt irritated. “Not a word of gratitude,” she said to herself… “Everyday this hunchback utters this jingle! What does he mean?” One day, exasperated, she decided to do away with him. “I shall get rid of this hunchback,” she said. And what did she do? She added poison to the chapatti she prepared for him! As she was about to keep it on the window sill, her hands trembled. “What is this I am doing?” she said. Immediately, she threw the chapatti into the fire, prepared another one and kept it on the window sill. As usual, the hunchback came, picked up the chapatti and muttered the words: “The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!” The hunchback proceeded on his way, blissfully unaware of the war raging in the mind of the woman. Every day, as the woman placed the chapatti on the window sill, she offered a prayer for her son who had gone to a distant place to seek his fortune. For many months, she had no news of him.. She prayed for his safe return. That evening, there was a knock on the door. As she opened it, she was surprised to find her son standing in the doorway. He had grown thin and lean. His garments were tattered and torn. He was hungry, starved and weak. As he saw his mother, he said, “Mom, it’s a miracle I’m here. While I was but a mile away, I was so famished that I collapsed. I would have died, but just then an old hunchback passed by. I begged of him for a morsel of food, and he was kind enough to give me a whole chapatti. As he gave it to me, he said, “This is what I eat everyday: today, I shall give it to you, for your need is greater than mine!” ” As the mother heard those words, her face turned pale. She leaned against the door for support. She remembered the poisoned chapatti that she had made that morning. Had she not burnt it in the fire, it would have been eaten by her own son, and he would have lost his life! It was then that she realized the significance of the words: “The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!” Do good and Don’t ever stop doing good, even if it is not appreciated at that time. If you like this, share it with others and I bet so many lives would be touched

Take hold....

Take hold of your own life.
See that the whole existence is celebrating.
These trees are not serious, these birds are not serious.
The rivers and the oceans are wild,
and everywhere there is fun,
everywhere there is joy and delight.
Watch existence,
listen to the existence and become part of it.

Building Fences & Bridges

By Janina Gomes

Not all relationships will turn out good. Life has its ups and downs and this includes the way we relate to others. But as we grow older we come to realise that some will walk with us for a short distance; others for longer, but very few will do so all the way. We form our own equations. With some we share familiarity and exchange confidences. With others we are cordial and polite.
Real life is full of exploitation. What this does is to sour relationships and create resentment and bitterness. When we have learned to protect ourselves in such situations, we may have perforce had to build fences. These fences protect our integrity and individuality and help us to live life the way it was meant to be lived, on our own terms.
The protective fence keeps marauders at bay. Like a line of control, the fence may help us stave off intrusions. However, when there are fences, it is important to also build bridges. These bridges are built through give and take. They in no way undermine our integrity, but help to meet with others; sometimes even antagonists, half way. When we build bridges, we in no way surrender the values for which we stand. We do not forfeit our individuality and are not hammered into submission, not at all.
Bridges preserve mutuality without sacrificing our own interests. They help us cross troubled waters and to offer our friendship when it would be beneficial to both. Think of the lovely village cottage. It is fenced in to prevent animals and strangers from trespassing; at the same time, it is connected with the outside world.
Bridges help us to build connections and establish connectivity, both important in all personal and social transactions. In our professional lives too, we cannot work alone. We are part of a team. Where the team spirit is weak, the stronger have the upper hand. It is part of growing and human maturity, to come to a stage where we can be ourselves, still interacting with others, but shunning people who will not allow us to grow.
It is often made out as if only bridges are necessary in life. But fences play an equally important role in our spiritual lives. Sometimes we have to hem ourselves in, like the flower buds that need the right moment to bloom.
Fences can be built without creating hostility. They help us create our own boundaries. These boundaries are not only important, but often we need them to survive. There will always be transgressors. But, as we learn from experience, we get better at discerning which relationships are bringing us closer to God and which ones come in the way.
There could be times when we foolishly allow people to walk all over us. We learn to deal with this shortcoming and become our own persons. In a hierarchical society like ours, where the male tends to dominate, the onus is usually on the woman to build fences. Building fences and bridges could come more easily to women who are by nature wired for compassion and understanding.
A bully, when confronted the right way, may actually give in and come to round seeing things from another perspective. When confrontation or discussion does not work, distancing oneself remains a good option. We cannot always find an outer environment that is peaceful, but we can certainly create an inner reservoir of peace, which will remain with us, whatever the circumstance.
